Yes. Burst lines, sewage backups and no hot water don't keep business hours, so neither does our emergency line. Call (270) 356-1204 any hour and you'll reach us, not a recording that takes a message until Monday.
What areas do you cover?
We work out of Paducah and Benton across McCracken, Marshall and Graves counties and the surrounding Western Kentucky area, including Mayfield, Murray, Owensboro, Hopkinsville and Madisonville, plus parts of the Tennessee line. If you're not sure you're in range, just ask.
How do you price a job?
We diagnose the problem first, then give a flat written price before any work starts. You approve it up front, so there's no hourly clock and no surprise total at the end.
My house has old galvanized pipe. Should I repipe?
If you're getting rusty water and weak pressure at more than one fixture, patching one section just leaves the rest corroding. A full repipe in PEX or copper solves it for good, and it's usually a two-day job on a standard home.
You're plumbers. Do you actually do full bathroom remodels?
We do, and the wet work behind a bathroom is exactly our trade. We move the drain and supply lines, set the tub and vanity, and build a properly waterproofed tiled shower. One licensed crew handles both the plumbing and the finish work.
Can you waterproof a tiled shower so it doesn't leak later?
That's the part most failures come down to. We build the pan and surround with the right waterproofing membrane underneath the tile, so water stays in the shower instead of rotting the subfloor and loosening grout in a couple of years.
We're on well water and it's hard. Can you help?
Yes. Hard, iron-heavy well water scales fixtures and cuts water heater life short. We install whole-home filtration to treat it at the source, and we service the well line from the pump to the pressure tank.
